Our 1.0 Coach Training & 2.0 Advanced Coach Training programs ensures experienced and aspiring coaches are fully equipped with:

1) Core coaching skills and competencies to feel confident in coaching anyone on any topic,

2) An advanced perspective on coaching through positive psychology & scientific research to ensure coaches know both How and Why coaching works,

3) Specialized modules to hone your coaching into Academic, Wellness, Relationship, or Leadership coaching alongside business building resources, and

4) Practical tools to apply coaching in a corporate, university or college setting.

Throughout this program, you will meet weekly with our amazingly qualified trainers and a diverse, global community of coaches in an intimate, small-group setting (our classes range from 8-12 participants).

We use a flipped classroom model combined with the latest adult learning theories to ensure that you engage actively in weekly sessions and leave each week feeling confident in using your new coaching skills with real clients.

In addition to earning your globally recognized ICF credential, you will also have access to mentor coaching, coaching supervision, lifetime membership (with free continuing education and access to our coach-client matching app.
