They will rebuild their old ruins and raise a new city out of the wreckage. They’ll start over on their ruined cities and take the rubble left behind and make it new.
Piper Harris is a Level One T.E.A.M. C.B.T. (cognitive behavioral therapy) clinician, International Coaching Federation Credentialed Life Coach, SYMBIS certified, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student. She empowers her clients to overcome anxiety, depression, relationship issues, weight gain, lost motivation, significant life changes, intimacy issues, navigating boundaries, and more. Piper works with individuals ages 21 years and older and couples through a C.B.T. approach. Simply put, thinking affects feelings which create behaviors. Through the C.B.T. approach, Piper partners with her clients to discover how distorted thinking has created emotions and behaviors that keep them stuck and in pain and works to reframe those. Piper also integrates a Christian worldview for clients wishing to include it in their coaching efforts.
Piper Harris is a wife of almost 20 years and a mother of two; she was born in the Pacific Northwest and has ventured across the United States and now resides in North Georgia. When she’s not coaching, she spends time outdoors hiking and paddle boarding and at home with her family, cooking and redecorating her home. Piper has a diverse background that includes nonprofit management, behavioral nutrition, personal coaching, and the authoring of multiple books. Piper believes that individuals are incredibly resilient and courageous and wants to partner with them in rebuilding their ruins and embracing renewal in their lives and minds.
