Along with 18+ years of corporate leadership and talent management experience, I have been fortunate to coach professionals who want to maximize their growth and take their career and life to the next level for a decade. Sought out by senior executives to coach both them and their teams, my coaching focuses on helping clients maximize growth, navigate change, and achieve goals by leveraging their own experience, strengths, interests, and ingenuity.
I am currently also an instructor of change management, conflict resolution, and Diversity & Inclusion at UCSC Extension Silicon Valley, UC Davis Continued Education and Portland State University. I have a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Peacebuilding; a bachelor’s degree in International Business; and am an Associate Credential Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. I have a solid understanding of personality assessments and am certified in various leadership modalities, which included Project Management, Human Resource, Mediation, NLP, and Appreciative Inquiry: Leveraging Strengths for Transformation. In my spare time, I enjoy being with family, playing golf, hiking, cooking healthy meals, and practicing prayers for meditation.
My empathetic, research-based approach to coaching starts with building a connection based on trust. I help my clients not only deal with internal conflict, but those that manifest externally in the workplace that might jeopardize their success. I know that identifying and leveraging my client’s experience, strengths, interests, and ingenuity is essential to business and professional growth, and my coaching philosophy allows me to support them on this journey.
